It is almost unreasonably hard to write about my month at CAUX. A place so different, so full of positive energy that it almost doesn’t compare with the daily challenges we face in life.

 

The difficulty of writing about CAUX, stems in my opinion, from the pure absence of the concept of time in the castle. It is truly remarkable how short this month felt. I was left wanting more, and was even desperate enough to fight for one last glimpse of the castle from my plane returning back home, in an attempt to capture one last memory, one more second of that month.

 

And yet, when remembering all the insights I’ve gained, the number of remarkable people I have met, and the wonderful instances I’ve experienced with my friends, I can speak for hours un-end about what seems to have been an eternity of memories. 

 

CAUX was such a powerful place, that it was able to create friendships in a matter of 30 days that will last a lifetime; it gave me family members that I feel I have known my whole life.

 

I truly feel blessed to have had the chance to be present at CAUX. To everyone who has made this dream a reality
